The Starbucks at my college seems interested in hiring me since I have starbucks experience and they’re a licensed store. So maybe if I were to work there for a hot minute it would increase my chances of returning to a corporate store?
Or, if I worked at a licensed store and never told them I used to work corporate at the interview is there a way for them to find out?

It goes through a check at the corporate level, and you could be terminated for lying on an application at many places. Best bet is ask at a store.

You can call the PCC a d request your eligibility for rehire.

I would say yeah, a guy from my store got hired 5 months later at a different store in the district after getting terminated
