You need to go into teamwork’s, its a different icon than the partner hub. Login and click the left sidebar. Scroll down to partner self service- my time off. Putting in an official time off request prevents the system from allowing your manager to schedule you.

You have to request that as time off because the schedules are made 3 weeks out, so you need to make your request at least two weeks in advance of that date instead of trying to just ask for it off. Install the teamworks app and you request time off of any amount of time on there and your manager can either approve or deny it. If they are to deny it you have to talk to them at that point, as it is beyond reddit help. Good luck lil dude
