Learn the points at which you stop with one drink and pick up another.

For fraps: when you start blending it, leave and work on/finish something else.

For hot drinks, once you steam the milk and pull the shots, work on/finish something else.

For teas: once you shake it, leave and work on/finish something else.

Allow yourself 2 (or maybe 3) drinks at a time, meaning you shouldn’t start a 4th drink if you still have 3 others to finish.

As far as drive thru and cafe/mobile orders, just try to do them in the order they come. Or just alternate between them.

Ultimately, when you are responsible for all the orders and you also are doing DTO and window, you just have to remind yourself that you are literally doing everything you can, so FUCK ANYONE that gets mad at you. People can wait 2 extra minutes for their drink.

Lastly, your hourly pay will not change. So don’t make it life or death in your mind. A stressful day will fade into all the rest, so don’t ever take it too seriously. It’s just coffee :)

For solo barring:just make sure you’re always working on something. Start one drink before you finish one so that when you come back you’re still moving. When double baring with someone, just make sure to communicate. “Hey I’ll get the fraps if you do the shaken” or “I can tackle these hot drinks if you do xyz drinks”. Those are the simplest tips I’ve got unless you want me to go into more detail
