Contact your SM (if it’s a shift you’re talking about) or your DM (if it’s the SM)

There is zero reason you should ever be working off the clock.

People need to learn negative reinforcement doesn't work at all. People who use it are generally fucked in the head and have their own baggage to deal with.

A good coach leads from the front lines and uses positive reinforcement. The only time negative reinforcement serves any purpose is to harden you mentally/emotionally. (Which I doubt is the case here)

If you're feeling ballsy, have a word with your boss. Tell him positive reinforcement upon his subordinates will show far greater results than shaming employees for their faults. This was all explained in "How to Win Friends and Influence People" a book that is over 80 years old. And if he gives you shit for standing up for youself: Fight. You don't want to work for a shitty boss. Let him know you won't tolerate shit behavior and set those boundaries straight away. Like a dog. Basic conditioning. You don't even have to get angry.

Hope this helps :)

First of all most of what you're saying is illegal. (working off the block, working during breaks).

Second it sounds like harassment and/or discrimination. Esp if it happens repeatedly please report it.

Transfer and then never let work cross into your breaks and off the clock time. I don’t transfer. But this job is so much worse if you can’t rest and they shouldn’t be asking you for that. It’s not your responsibility.

You may need to transfer
