No nail polish/fake nails is a company wide policy. She's not allowed them. A lot states even have laws against them for health and safety issues. The amount of bacteria that lives underneath them is astronomical.

That’s why they’re gel, meaning it won’t chip. I also don’t stick my hands in drinks, and when I handle food I wear gloves.

This is a tarbucks so the nails very well could be allowed. They don't have the same policies as corporate stores.
