I feel like it’s not that hard to make and it’s easy to make it look really nice when it’s done. It’s got a good payoff

I've always been more of a hot beverage guy. Just something calming about frothing the milk perfectly and the perfect blend of dairy into espresso.

Amen! Blended drinks kill my sequence. Either have me do the espresso (minus iced cloud macchiatos) or shaken drinks.

In my coffee days, what saved us was being a kiosk store in a mall. I loved it because everything was so close together. Manager let me arrange tools/items in order to make it easier. Cold Drinks we're so bad as they were just a quick rotation to the left of the espresso machine.

Yeah putting the powders into the cup is the longest part to do and it’s still easier than putting whip into the cups for the s’mores or the caramel crunch
