You wanna get even more angry? Think about this: We get -0- tip from that order. I'm not saying the UE driver doesn't deserve a tip for delivering the goods, but we get NOTHING. At least with MOP, the customer is \*prompted\* to leave a tip, so there's a chance for Sbux Partners to get a tip. With UE, we don't stand a chance.

BUT DID THEY EVER PICK IT UP!? We had a HUUUGE order (23!) for {VERY} custom lattes (took ages bc store was also steady flow) AND food for each drink AND THEY NEVER PICKED THEM UP!!! We were livid. But also like who pays for all that and doesn’t bother?!? Should have snapped a pic but was so chaotic.

No damn way allat will still be warm by the time they get it
