I got the job I interviewed for yesterday :)
they want me to start next week, so I’m heading out now to look for some new clothes. I read that darker jeans are acceptable, as well as various darker colors. does anyone have any personal outfits that they wear (like jeans and a button up) or anything? are there any recommendations for what I should look for?

My store isn't very strict either. I wear a lot of striped t shirts. But anything with even a vaguely fancy neckline (boat-neck, v-neck, collar,) seems to hit the standard.

I wear lots and lots of polo shirts (I have a couple each in blue, black and grey).

I wear darker jeans and either a polo in grey navy blue or black, or and button up short sleeve in the same colors. I prefer the button downs tbh my favs are denim and flower brand at Marshall’s
