Throw soap at them. Seriously though, living in an area that is dealing with a lot of hepatitis A outbreaks I’d be forcibly washing them. Maybe just a reminder a few times a week of how it can affect not only public health but their own?

Our old manager at wendys used to make us ring a bell before we washed our hands to make sure that everyone was doing it. I mean we got YELLED at for not ringing this bell.
Im not saying go get a bell but make them say something to you or make someone else watch them do it.

I worked at a Chipotle before and they had a handwashing timer go off every hour and people would get written up for not washing their hands ASAP or not resetting the timer or not loudly announcing TOP OF THE HOUR WASH YOUR HANDS to everyone. It was obnoxious but served a good purpose.
Now I work at Starbucks and I see some gross health code practices :/

Maybe put some good smelling soap at the sink and more ppl will wanna use it?
