Of course part of me wants to say that you shouldn't stress about work off the clock, if you'd feel more comfortable I would definitely suggest playing with the ordering form on the sb app. It gives you all the different standard recipes so you can start identifying the patterns. A big thing that was hard for me to remember; macchiatos and blonde espresso drinks all get one less pump of syrup than standard. (So, a blonde caramel macchiato would get two less pumps of syrup than a standard vanilla late). If you are more of a hands on learner, however, I'd suggest you don't worry about it too much. Youll learn a lot during your first couple of days, it's easier than you think it'll be! Good luck!

I’m very hands on so just reading the drink instructions wasn’t enough for me, I had to actually do it.
But just for reference here’s what helped me during my first week:
Shots for a latte: T 1, G 2, V 3
Shots for americano: T 2, G 3, V 4
Syrups (generally speaking this does change depending if it’s blonde or what the drink is)
T 3, G 4, V 5 but if it’s a cold Venti it’s 6
Fraps:
The instructions to make a frap are right above the blenders or somewhere in that area. Remember the only fraps that have classic are the strawberry and matcha frap! The others do not have classic or LCS added to them :)
