So far, from what I've read, the experience of working for Target Starbucks seems completely relative to the quality of management.

While I agree management does affect experience with Tarbucks, I think your team members are a more crucial factor. I was lucky enough to have an awesome team when I used to work there so I had no problem but one of my co-workers now had to quit after 3 weeks because her team would talk shit about her to the customers so that the customers would ignore her

Yeah management sucks. They have me working 40 hours a week when I requested 15 to 20. They also won't listen to my store team lead when she tells them that we need more people or more training.
My coworkers are all pretty awesome but 4 people have quit in the past 2 months so there's that.
