Talk to your DM. I'm sure that's who is breathing down your DM neck, but they can't threaten you.

Honestly my DM is actual satan, and “allegedly” the reason my SM is out of the store constantly. But I have a barista who used to be a SM in the same district and said the DM wants all store managers IN THE STORE so I’m just 🤦🏻♂️ But my SM literally said “if we don’t pass QASA I’m writing everyone on the shift up”. Like !!?! What?!

That really sucks. Have you ever seen the QASA check list? There's a ton of stuff that is more long term care than one shift's responsibility. If you get a write up, you're supposed to sign it saying you understand why. I've refused to sign one before because they said I was late when it was the shifts fault (forgot her key). So they couldn't submit it because I argued it.

Qasa is not a thing anymore. It is now called a food safety assessment. It is no longer a pass fail you just get critical issues or non critical issues there is no score.
Your manager is new and living in fear because of that they are breeding fear by threading the team. Instead of coming from a place of teaching. By threatening your whole team they are not living in a place of servant leadership. Most likely your SM needs help.
You can look up food safety assessment on the partner hub. It is 10 or 11 pages. If your team is doing clean safe and ready and station assessments correctly you will most likely only have small issues.
Also I don’t thing your manager can write everyone up for failing. That would be just as bad as failing but just compounding one issue by adding another.
Another factor is how long were you guys without a manager before the new one came in? Is the store in a dirty state.

But SMs are supposed to work at least 40 hours a week.

My cafe literally has holes in the bottom of the bar and we passed - you are gonna be ok ♥️

They're more likely to fail you on things like paperwork and files etc. That comes under the manager's responsibility. If you do fail, as long as you guys follow the health and safety guidelines and keep the store clean, the DM will see that it's the manager's side that's the issue and most likely investigate further. I'd follow the other user's advice and refuse to sign if they do try write you up.

You could also contact corporate if going to your dm doesn't work
