lemme tell ya: don’t stress it!! if this is what you want, you’ll be okay.
I have anxiety (and social anxiety). I’m veryyyy reserved and nervous talking to superiors before I know them. and I’ve got rbf, so that doesn’t add to the mix of “hire me!” but I got the job. in my experience, despite being awkward, nervous, and anxious, I’m a little more friendly and open at work and interviews.
do your best. you don’t have to actively smile, but at least try to keep a small, partial smile the entire time. at least make it look like you’re interested.
make sure to breathe. don’t over stress. if you’ve got questions, let me know. but I think you’ll be okay. just be yourself!

It’s really not as bad as all of the posts make it seem! We all just come here to vent and don’t as often post about the good or regular everyday stuff :)

You will be great! Just take a minute to breathe. I would literally get on Pinterest and look up “Starbucks interview questions,” practice those and already know what you’re going to say. Learn the mission statement and spit that at them in the interview and you’ll be Gucci!

I’m not really a smiley person either but just fake it. Pretend you are, because no one knows you yet. Be super cheerful. When you get the job smile at every customer even if they are annoying. And it will actually hopefully make you happier, because life is alright.

Starbucks hires anyone. You'll be fine. You have to be pretty overqualified to not get the job.
