So I've worked for the company about 5 years, annndddd now I'm back 2 years later to get some extra cash.

There's a bit of a kerfuffle with my return, however. I left right before white tea was introduced, infusions, dragonfruit, cloud macchiatos. . you name it. I'm being hired in at minimum wage (again, 5 years with the company, was a barista trainer, coffee master) with absolutely no training on any of the new beverages, and my first shift back is an open on the weekend.

The basics are like muscle memory for me, so I'm not worried about those (unless some have changed...), the customers I know what to expect it's mostly that I'm looking for some tips on new beverages, standards, etc. Like. . clean plays. What the hell is a clean play?? Is there anything new with mobile orders? Do we have changed policies on things that were super normal up until now?

What's the best advice you can offer (or "Pro tips" if you will) to make getting the hang of all this all over again as easy as possible? (seeing as I'm going to be left to my own powers of assumption to play catch up on 2 years of company growth).
