I have NEVER seen it that bad before.

I forgot a gasket for the first time the other day (I’m a 2 year partner) and it just hissed at me. Nothing went anywhere lol

In like a totally kind and not mean way (like I hope everyone is okay)

I would have paid to see that play out

That happened this morning! New kids made whip last night and put a few in the fridge without charging them, I tried to help and it immediately 💥

This is why I always make whipped creams over the sink

The gasket ! I always tell my trainees “Always wear a condom !”

This is what happens when everyone ignores green beans and demand they perform fast too. Part of it is understaffing!!

And not enough training. The job actually requires quite a bit of learning due to the hand-made nature of things like Whip, Mocha, Cold Brew, and skill involved in crafting Espresso beverages.

lol same thing happened last week at my store, except it wasnt a new partner, it was a girl whos been there a little longer than me whos about to become a shift, and she make a huge mess 😂

This has happened to everyone AT LEAST once.

You guys must have garbage whip canisters because in my 3 years i've forgotten many a gasket and have never ever had this happen.

Is this a store in James island SC?

This happened to one of my baristas when we were starting out, but the catch is it happened when she forgot to -discharge- the whip after making it.

Every other time we remember the gaskets and when we dont, it only hisses and spurts a little bit around the top.
