So I’m stuck between the person that ordered a trenta passion tea with 14 pumps of cane and 6 Splenda.
Or
Venti Passion tea lemonade with 20 pumps of cane sugar, just keep in mind she had originally ordered it with 12 pumps but decided it wasn’t sweet enough.
I tried both and it hurt my teeth.

I just remembered one. Keto pink drink, so it’s passion tea with sugar free vanilla and of course heavy cream. It’s fucking disgusting and looks like curdled yogurt.

Probably the worst I’ve ever made was a venti cinnamon dolce latte with heavy whip and a pad of butter. We also have a regular named Ashley that orders a 14 pump vanilla, keep the classic (so 21 pumps of syrup) Trenta iced coffee...I secretly call her Trashley lol.

We have these ladies that come clucking in everyday around the same time everyday. What kills me is that one of them walks up to the register, plays with her hair and goes “ummm I guess I will have a... (twist her hair) hmmmm (taps her glasses, and purses her lips) what do I want?” Literally does this whole song and dance about what she wants looks at all the menu boards, ask about any new promo drinks and then order a grande jade citrus mint tea. It’s the point where I’ve started walking to the back when I see her because she drives me insane.

We had someone order a coffee frap with 25 Splenda and soy. We had extra left over so three of is tried it. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. I couldn’t get the Splenda taste out of my mouth for hours.

Today I had someone order a venti white chocolate mocha with 16 pumps extra white chocolate mocha with extra drizzle. I cringed hard.

Those were the normal teas at my store, people either got unsweetened or ungodly amounts of sugar. Worst one was probably a Trenta Mango Black Tea with 14 Mango and 14 classic. It was almost half syrup.

yes but you’re supposed to charge for the CIT, if you’re ringing up a water with matcha you’re doing it wrong. And then if another barista charges them correctly they’re the ones getting yelled at for doing the right thing.

One of the reasons I hate the artificial sweeteners, you can always taste them in the air
