Had a chick come in one time and order a Frappuccino without the frappe. Like wtf? Turned out the chick wanted a iced latte. Figuring out what this lady wanted was one of stupidest 10 minutes of my Starbucks career.

This happens to my store all the time and then when we tell them we can't make it they reply something along the line of "But the other Starbucks does it for me!". :-/ uh sure.

We make it. I tell them light ice double blended works too. Put a dome lid on it the. Use the hole to add whip, leave a little room and poor Carmel drizzle in be whole hard and it will spread . The topping for this one tho?? I would get the funnel haha

When people say they want this, I still ring them up for a frap and I literally just give them the latte with frap roast instead of espresso shots

Thatโs just insane. I was beyond shocked I went to get my shift like what is this. Coffee master course didnโt prepare me for this craziness. Today was just not the day.

Probably meant to say light ice. Got a mobile order just like that one and the guy who picked it up at the drive thru was all annoyed and said he wanted light ice not no ice ๐
