Why do y’all add whip in the custom box when it comes standard? Just curious as when my very first store wrote cups we didn’t need to do this unless it didn’t come standard

I work at a license store and we have to ask every time if they want whip or if they want it sweetened..... idk man it makes no sense it sucks
