Hey guys! What’s your fave drink to make at work when you’re hungover and trying to make it through your shift? Asking for a friend. (self.starbucksbaristas)

The best way to ease out of a hangover is to pop some ibuprofin. Consume plenty of salt-water. And probably fatty creamy foods. And enough caffeine to counteract how exhausted you feel. (Although, in my experience, caffeine is almost useless while hungover)

Hopefully you learn to stop partying the night before a shift but that can take some of us years to learn. And I don't think we ever really learn. We just get tired once we've had our share of partying.

The only way to get through mental depression is either more alcohol or waiting a few days.

Wait, salt-water????

Hydration is two-fold. Water and electrolytes. Perhaps a 1:1 blend of potassium chloride and sodium chloride would be best. Gatorade is flavored with salt and fruit flavor.

I’ll do my usual and then add a drink with coconut milk like the dragon drink, since coconut milk is relatively hydrating.. especially because water tastes bad when I’m hungover 😂
