Had a guy order a Nitro Cold Brew with the Salted Sweet Cream cold foam in Drive Through today. When I handed it out to him he said that the foam wasn't "Foamy enough and didn't come out right or it would be visibly separated in the cup" I told him that the nitro has no ice for the foam to sit on so it would bleed into the nitro and give it a creamy color, but the foam would be in top still. He then went off on a 5 minute tangent about how no Baristas can do their job right and that we deserve minimum wage before demanding a refund. All of this at 530 in the morning -_-

This morning my opener got bitched out by some woman because our system rang ham and cheddar egg bites up as $0.22 less than bacon even though the sign said they were the same (we’re a licensed store so our system is funky sometimes) and when the barista told her that it had been that way as long as she’d been there (5 months) and that she had no control over the prices in the register, she was told “well you’ve only been here 5 months, what do you know”
