Help! How to make cold brew (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’ve grinded and tied poured the water in the Toddy but do I just leave it out now? I left my boys at home and I’m sorta a green bean even though I had to train someone today.
Basically do I put it in the square box in the fridge or leave out?

Are you making the 4 gallon jug? That sits 20 hours and then it’s chilled and diluted before service. There should be some made yesterday for today.

Yes. There’s none from yesterday since I’m in a kiosk. We have it in pitchers that expire tonight, but it’ll be ready for tmrw morning. You answered my question though, thank you. I just didn’t want to be letting it sit if it needed to be chilled. Many thanks.
