My current Starbucks has the Mastrena 2 machines and I’m transferring in a few weeks where they only have the Mastrena 1... is there a drastic difference especially when making drinks???

The biggest things you need to know are:
Ristretto shots in 2’s only (2R & 4R)
Triple & Quad shots take longer
No separate frothing settings for short/tgv just manual or auto
Only two types of bean in hoppers (one will be decaf/signature and the other blonde/signature)
The grounds drawer fills up faster bc it’s smaller
No updosed :(
Manual calibration is required. It will tell you how long the shot took to pull (18-22 secs) and from there you need to calibrate once per hour/as needed with the knobs on the mastrena. It’ll also tell you from time to time
Cleaning key is on the inside of the machine behind the grounds drawer
