Customers been calling the store while they are in the drive through and asking what’s taking so long even though they knew damn well the line was super long when they got in it 😂

Our left bar has been down for three days -- they said it was repaired last night and then when we ran tabs this morning and tried to calibrate shots it made a horrible grinding noise, so it was unusable.


Multiple days of gigantic cup queues really gets old. And I feel bad when they put me in window and it's like "all right, I've got your money, now they haven't even started your drink yet, so hang tight."

We had a customer come through yesterday during peak and as she was ordering she goes “yeah just so you guys know you have like 9 cars in a line here” Yes Karen we definitely didn’t know that.

I tend to stare back, this little girl was in the backseat and I caught her staring at me so naturally I just stared back and I could see her mouthing the words "hes staring at me" ... ditto

Or when you tell them their total and they huff and puff dude did you not think you had to pay??

How to fix:
ask how their day has been, if they have plans, what they do for work, do they enjoy the weather?
Id say it's 50/50 people who just give short replies and obviously hate your guts. However you'll soon find that many people are pretty enjoyable and nice people
