Starbucks announced it was done it happy hour week in the summer... instead makes it just about ever Thursday instead.

I feel your pain on the scheduling.

Omg. I had a woman get so mad at me cause her card wasn’t registered and it came up ‘coupon not found’. If she’d have given me a second to MTMR I would have given her the discount anyway instead she storms off and says something about how ridiculous this is and I’m like “I’m sorry” as she’s storming off mumbling to herself and then she loudly responds “I’m sure you are”...dude. NOT MY FAULT! Register your darn account ahead of time if you want the discount...I don’t mind MTMR but 1-don’t be rude to me and 2-give me a chance to give the option before you get upset with me. I don’t make the rules of happy hour.

My store is chronically understaffed /every/ Thursday. For the love of God we don't need a happy hour every week. I promise you Starbucks, you will survive with out half off fraps for like 2 weeks.
