I had someone ask for a grande strawberry açaí light ice extra base and something else I can’t remember. She pulls up and I go to hand her the drink and she said that “her friend” no longer wanted that but instead a tall iced coffee with cream. Errrrr wait a minute. How did it go for a customized refresher to a tall iced coffee? I dumped that shit out so fast and charged her for the tall iced coffee she wanted lol

Honestly just give it to them Starbucks wants the customer to be happy plus it’s not like it comes out of your pay or any of your coworkers
