I just saw someone on twitter complain Sbucks workers are being "too mean to children" because we're vocal about not wanting to make the newest wave of complicated drinks.
"Its your job. Your company is a place that makes custom drink orders" it's not even that and some of the people who get these aren't children. Some of them are nice but a lot are rude and impatient and never tip.

Am I mean for telling 10 kids, no, they can’t have 10 venti cups filled to the dome lid top with just whipped cream?

No lol

LMAO meh. Most kids are ‘just ok’. It’s when the middle schoolers come in when they’ve finished summer school/ chores/skateboarding asking for cups of water, cups of water with no ice, just ice, cups of water with just a little bit of ice, cups of water with extra ice that I lose my shit. No I won’t refill them six times and And no. Whip cream with caramel drizzle is. not. free.

Lmao I fuckin hate when there’s just a huge ass line of kids and it’s just “uhhh can i have a cup of water” then they leave all their shit on the tables

Lmao I don’t like children. I’m polite enough by *letting* them be loud, obnoxious, messy and distracting inside of the store.

OKAY BUT- what was the training we all just had on my profiling people based on appearance? I know the purpose of it was mostly homeless ppl, etc, but the same philosophy can also be applied to teens/kids... 🤪🤪 just sayin
LaurdAlmighty [OP]6 points4y ago
The training did include teens. But my post was stating that the person assumed teens where the patrons and I stated it's not even teens so.
