My store doesn’t keep dark roast brewed after 1pm cause barely anyone buys it but we always offer pour overs, this guy comes in like 10 minutes before close and wants two grande dark and I tell him it’ll be a pour over and will take like 2 minutes. Guy makes a huge fuss says he’s not waiting that long for coffee and says just make two grande Americanos, head over to pull the shots and he’s like make them long shots. Like buddy do you not realize this is now going to take longer than a god damn pour over would. He then complained about me having to hand him cream cause there wasn’t any in the lobby because again we close I’m 10 minutes.

TL:DR I hate people.
