Recently at my store whenever we make a drink slightly wrong the customer will like point it out and make a big deal but when we offer to fix it they just say no? Like they made such a fuss over it but when we tell them we can remake it they just dont let us. Why tell us what's wrong with your drink if you dont want us to fix the problem for you??? To be petty?????? I dont understand

People always do this and it’s absolute comedy to me. Sometimes I think they complain just to head their own voice.

Yeah like it'll take maybe a minute depending on what it is dont just tell me you're unhappy if you wont let me do anything about it!

I had someone complain that they “couldn’t see what I was doing, and it must be wrong because we ALWAYS get her drink wrong!” I said I had never made her drink before and I would be more than happy to get someone else to make it since she thought I was doing it wrong and didn’t know another way to do it. So then I offered to remake it anyway (she had not even tried it, btw) She refused. So like, what did you even want from me?
