I’m a green bean who is slowly but surely getting the hang of bar but one thing I’m super confused about is the cold brew drinks. One of my coworkers said that there’s supposed to be syrup in the cold brew when it comes with a foam or something like that, so my question is which syrups go in which and are the pumps modified?

Hey!! So a regular cold brew will get no syrup. Cold brew with cold foam will get vanilla in the cold foam.
For the salted cream cold foam cold brew, it gets caramel syrup IN the cold brew going off a 1/2/2 pump ratio if you’re using hot bar pumps, and ofc salt in the sweet cream and then blended on the 3rd setting. Cascara cold foam cold brew will get cascara syrup in the FOAM but vanilla syrup in the cold brew itself also going on a 1/2/2 ratio if using hot bar pumps. The vanilla sweet cream cold brew will get 1/2/2 vanilla pumps in the cold brew as well as the sweet cream on top!
