At my store we brew blonde, dark, pike and decaf pike during the morning, and depending on who the shift is we cut blonde and decaf at around 11-12:30 and just brew dark and pike

Pike all day... if you’d like dark roast I could do a pour over, but that takes a few minutes or I could get you a hot americano right now
