i’ve only been with starbucks for about 2 months so i’m real proud of myself for this! i’m also so happy with my fellow partners and super grateful they chose me 🥰🥰❤️

If you're only working hard for a pat on the back and a small bonus and aren't happy to see your fellow partners succeeding then you probably aren't the best team member. You get paid regardless just be happy for the poq, it's all good.

I’d rather see the store running smoothly which is what i get paid for. I didn’t say anything negative just stating poq ≠ hard working partner and my experience comes from 2 stores
