It should be 6 labor hours, split across however many baristas. I found that we have time to at least spot clean everything, and really deep clean one or two. We have modified the routine a bit though- urns, pumps, windows and floor mats get done throughout the week on a rotating basis (Like, we urnex one urn every weekday and I take the pumps apart most every time I swap out an empty or expired sauce).

My store’s is 2 hours once a week and I think it’s a pretty decent amount of time to get things done. Most if not all of the tasks get done.
