Sequencing is the key to life! When it’s busy, something should ALWAYS be happening! Milk is steaming, the blender is going, shots are pulling and you’re already thinking about the next drink. Don’t second guess yourself, you know what you’re doing! And when all else fails, remember it’s just coffee and people will get their coffee when they get their coffee!

Also don’t worry about any line of drinks you might have. Focus on the ones you’re working on. No use stressing over those drinks, you’re gonna make them anyway.
