How do I get my partner discount to work on the mobile app? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Log in from a browser, hit the menu icon at the top right, click profile, click personal information and at the bottom you can enter your partner number.

You have to add it from a desktop computer. Doesn’t have to be BOH, just a desktop.
If you are tech savvy, on the chrome phone app you can “request desktop site” and do it through there, the page will just be tiny & you’ll have to zoom in.

I could only do it on a desktop. Idk why. But it showed up on my phone as soon as I liked them. I don't quite remember how though.

Definitely call SBUX partner support. I had the same issue. It should be working from the minute you add your partner card to the app, if it isn’t, they can fix it in like less than 10 minutes if you call them. :)

You need to get ur partner card and link it with the app, if u go on your stores computer u can get your card number and even order a physical one :D

Hm are you looking for mobile ordering or in store? I know when i use my card in store i let them know its a partner card, and usually theyll apply my discount when they scan it. I dont need to give them my numbers like they hit the "partner discount" button then scan my card and it takes it off

No it works when I pay in store but not to mobile order drinks.
