Or potentially to up the sweet factor. I find SF to be a lot more potent, so if they really have a sweet tooth they might be doing it to get more sweet in fewer pumps, which would also cut the coffee less.

Putting an extra pump of white mocha makes the drinks too thick, I couldnt even imagine it with heavy cream.
