Let me add some context, you can only fit so much in a title.
This person is just mean. She argues with us who have been here a lot longer(she's worked at starbucks for 3 months i and other well over a year) about things we all are 100% sure she's wrong about. If you call her out she's pissed the rest of the shift. Full silent treatment, gets aggressive with the tools and machine by slamming shit around. She got mad at me because i told her she had to use a wisk and not hot water to mix frap roast. She came to work with pink short shorts and flip flops the day after a store meeting that discussed dress code. When we told her to go home and change she asked if she could go pay someone first.
In this specific situation, she was asking people for hours. The person who actually worked the shift only traded because it was convenient and not because she wanted to help. Then this chick put all the blame on the person helping even though it was her fault for not communicating with our manager.
The reason getting shift approved is so important is because our store had a problem with people trading shifts and not showing up.
edit: no matter what the scenario, partners do not talk to each other this way
