Just wondering, do you guys have a barista you work with that has bullied every new person who comes in? I work with a girl like that and apparently she’s made people quit before me because she was so mean to them. I don’t understand how she gets away with her behavior when the SM sees it.

If we did I'd put a stop to it immediately. My SM would have fired them if they didn't stop. That is unacceptable. And I'm very very protective of my green beans ;)

She’s been talked to about her behavior several times. She was giving me problems for awhile until another new person came in. The bully is a decent employee as far as working wise but I would think a “good” employee would have to work well with others too as a requirement.
Honestly I don’t get why the SM still keeps her around.

Ah Michael from King Street station. The worst supervisor in the history of terrible supervisors. I only phantomed there as i wanted to work the busiest store before i left Starbucks. Everyone was trembling when he was near. Ive never seen someone thirst for attention and be so domineering in Starbucks.
I off course made it my personal quest to annoy him for 6 hours straight. After the third quick connect i told him if he called me in for another it wouldnt end well. Good times
