I started over 3 weeks ago and I’ve worked register a number of times now but have yet to get paid or get my tips. the girl that started the same time as me said she hasn’t gotten paid either. is this normal?

If you get paid biweekly, you should get paid this Friday. This Friday’s normal pay period would be for 7/15-7/28, but your earlier time should also be added in. That’s what happened when I first started. Once you get paid, check your pay stub to make sure your hours are all accounted for - those can be viewed online on My Partner Info (a link is accessible on Partner Hub)

Oh true I skimmed over the tips part. Tips are paid in cash (at least in my store). You need to ask a shift supervisor next time you’re in if they can get your tips for you!

Always ask for tips, every week. Sometimes us as shifts forget to make them because most of the time we don't get scheduled for it so we have to take time from our busy work to make them, it sucks😂😂 But once a week, on a tuesday or wednesday ask for them and they should be in the safe with your name on it. If there's no money, alert your manager. You have the right to get tips doesn't matter if you are training :)

I’m in the same boat lol my first day was July 15th and I’ve been wondering where my paycheck and tips are. Good to hear that I should see something on Friday. If not I’ll have to bring it up with my manager.
