Context : he's been a partner for a little over a month now. I've literally worked with him 3 times . He's awesome as heck and appreciate his presence

mnchls 7 points 4y ago

FloateTheLG 5 points 4y ago

That's one busy store 😅
messybluejaye [OP] 29 points 4y ago
Yep. We have the top sales in our district. As of 7/29 we did 51k in a week and 39 sec average at the window. We're a new big store near a freeway :-)
Jeffuk88 9 points 4y ago
So your typical day is like our Saturdays. Mall location, no drive through. I only see that many whips before black Friday 😂
messybluejaye [OP] 9 points 4y ago
Big yikessss I hope you don't die pal <3
BoltedGates 11 points 4y ago
I can never find the white rubber things that go inside to make that many at once... I wish though.
theteddybear98 8 points 4y ago
At my store I always try to get the whip parts together in a little container like a cube or the long clear plastic containers just something to keep the loose little bits together… really helps out when doing dishes bc you can just thrown the whip lids in there and the canisters in the fridges! So far my whole store has caught in to doing that.

What’s he doing?
sarextrashaken 26 points 4y ago
Laying the whips flat after charging them is a step in our whip making routine.
Zeldaluvr2007 2 points 4y ago
Is it so you know which ones have been charged already? I've lost count the amount of times I've double charged a canister 😂
interyx 11 points 4y ago
No, after you insert the charger you should lay it on its side to ensure the nitrogen is evenly distributed. It makes better whipped creams. I leave them like this long enough to get the day dots on, then shake each one upside down, rightside up, and remove the charger and give them another shake. Then they're ready to use.
Zeldaluvr2007 2 points 4y ago
I did not know this! Thanks for the info. I'll try doing this at work tomorrow 😊

Remove the charger?
sarextrashaken 2 points 4y ago
No it actually helps to mix and distribute the fax evenly through out the can so that it whips up correctly
Lookitsabunny 5 points 4y ago
What type of stickers do you use for the Whipped Cream label. We need something that can resist Hobart
SkyeDrawsBangtan 4 points 4y ago
We use black rubber bands that say whipped cream and orange rubber bands that say marshmallow.
messybluejaye [OP] 4 points 4y ago
I have no clue. I think our sm used her person label maker
JayClay_715 3 points 4y ago
As a closer who usually does prep, this is so freaking satisfying!
BAUIntern 2 points 4y ago
Our store barely goes through 6 WC a day 😅
coffeeisgood14 1 points 4y ago
The store I work at goes through about 10-12 wc a day
