Just got the call that I was offered the job yesterday and I couldn’t be more excited. Just started the whole background check phase and a friend pointed me here to ask some questions:

How long does it typically take for the background check to finish?
When it’s over what will happen next?
What should I expect to be doing my first couple days on the job?
What is the the most difficult part of the job in your guy’s opinions that I should look out for and focus on as soon as possible?
What are my perks and benefits? (Corporate Store)
Any other tips and stuff you guys want to add?
