I have a meeting with my manager about my hopes of developing to shift... anything to encourage me or explain why I should be a shift etc like want them to make me a shift lol thanks

More money is always nice. If you call partner contact center, you can ask what the range of pay is for a shift. Bring it up during the meeting and try getting even more money per hour.
