The worst is when someone orders a simple drink, and they walk over to the hand-off and stare at you while you’re making a previous order or a drive through drink... They then proceed to be like “is that my drink?!?!? That’s wrong!” and you have to go “What is the drink you’re waiting on?” as nicely as possible while remaining calm, and collected, and then they tell you it’s a venti iced caramel macchiato as you’re making a grande hot latte (as an example) and you simply have to show NONE of you’re actual emotions of anger and stress and tell them that it isn’t their drink but theirs is up next and will be right out.

I ask them their name. Are you so and so? No? You’re drink is coming up soon. They usually go oh and back up.
