Just curious!! And let’s destigmatize talking about wages, they don’t define our self-worth. If you wanna participate, in your comment post your hourly wage (before taxes), your location (city, state, country), and your state’s/area’s minimum wage, and the first two digits of your partner number (to see your years of exp w Starbs).

I earn $12.50/hr, I work in Portland, OR, where our minimum wage is $12.50, and my first 2 digits are 26.

I’ve worked in a couple stores in different states. Miami Beach Florida, $12/hr last year. Fayetteville, AR it’s $9.25 I believe which is just at the minimum wage but paid less than other fast food places which is odd (most McDonald’s/Taco Bell’s/etc. there pay 10-11). Just moved to Oregon, excited for that pay raise lol. I’m a 24

$14.50 California Kiosk, technically paid by the store the kiosk is in. Minimum is $12 because of how many employees there are. Next year it moves to $13, and a dollar more every year until it hits $15 for many employees and $14 for less.
