Y’all...I was in drive thru today and this is the conversation I had:
Guy: hi can I get a venti Carmel macchiato?
Me: yes of course, iced or hot?
Guy: I want it iced but can I get it without the egg?
Me: I’m sorry, you said a Carmel macchiato correct?
Guy: yes, but it says it has an egg in it, but I want it without the egg
Me: umm okay, oh you’re talking about the cloud? So it’s not really an egg, it’s a powder made with egg whites.
Guy: oh okay if it’s a powder I guess that’s fine.
Why...would we put an egg...in your beverage?!
