That’s the thing,how much I try ask for help no one is helping.
This boy come in work drunk or hang over smelling like booze get mad at me for grinding coffee because his ears hurt.Then want grab the can...then till me that I can't tell him what do.
Then the following day that go on, was find because he was not there,then day he come back work this happens again.
But this time he saying I treat him like an animal and giving him an attitude because I limit the talking with him, he then he say that it hurt his heart the way how I treat him.
So I said I'm sorry...
I do know what else say
Then the next day as I was making coffee he grabs the coffee can yells at me that the noise hurt his ear because he has an anxiety problem which is not true because he came in smell like booze again.
The shop is small enough top that I don't need a person hangover me.
He get away with it because he saying that ”im his best friend and only friend here at work” and people believe him over me.

You definitely need to call corporate. That is highly inappropriate behavior at a workplace and they can get in a lot of trouble for it. You should set up a secret camera to gather evidence
