Took me a over year at Tarbucks and two months of being master barista before I could make a half decent latte art. 😅 Best part was it was for a regular that I love so so much so I was super excited I got to share that with her 😊 (i.redd.it)

That looks great! Also, is master barista what they replaced coffee master with? Just curious. I left back in December after nearly 8 years, but I remember hearing they were doing away with the coffee mester program.

I think so. It doesn’t seem as intense tho because there was no test and basically the only thing different from LS and MB is placing the order and that kind of stuff. At least that is how it is at target.

It didn't replace Coffee Master. it's really there for more incentive since Target doesnt give raises to barista trainers, LS lead or AST certified tms or what not. You're basically TL without the pay raise.

You have to be barista basic, barista trainer, and LS Lead certified first!
