Recipe cards have standard shots and syrups on them, and when you ring the drink into the system it says how many shots it gets.
By standard for Americanos short = 1 tall =2 grande = 3 venti =4, this is true for iced and hot

Not ristretto, only flat whites are ristretto with an extra shot. Americanos are s1/t2/g3/v4 hot or iced. flat whites are ristretto and one extra shot.
