Does anyone know detailed information about this coffee. I want to use it in a pour over comparison with Veranda. I cannot find any information on the acidity or body. Any other relevant information would be helpful as well. TIA.

It's very acidic, the lime notes in it are extremely evident, and the honey is more of an after thought. I'm not a huge fan of blonde, but it's not terrible. Did an iced pour over the day of it, very nice with a touch of cream. Almost like a key lime pie coffee 😂😁
