Starbucks allocates 2 Horus (if you have 3 partners) and 3 Horus (if you have two parnters) after close to get tasks done. And, it's not possible to do all the tasts in one night. There's certain tasks that we do every other night because it's not realistic to do them each week. My store also still does the daily break down tasks like Condo Bar, Brewing Station, RTDE CASE etcetera on top of cleaning those areas the clean play night.
On top of your regular close, But typically you:
Clean Large Ice Bin in Back (helps to turn if off Tuesday night so you have less ice to melt.
Dust Overhead Vents
Clean Cup Hodlers and Lid Plexis (I tend to add this in when I break down the specific section ahead of time so larger tasks can be done later)
Urnex Urns that Need It
Vaccumn/Clean RTDE Case (take the items out, the platforms out and clean underneath them)
Windex Pastry Case/Wipe It Out
Clean the Nitro Tap
Deep Sweep/Mop the Lobby (including vaccumnign out the booth seats (if your location as them)
Deep Sweep/Mop the Back Room
Wipe Down Fridge Doors, Bottoms and Shelves in Back Room and the Bar/ Polish Fridge Doors
Wipe Down The HandWashing, Bar, and Backroom Sinks
Clean the Mop Bucket
There may be some tasks I've missed off the top of my head, but that's typically what we do. We also tend to power wash/deep clean our floor mats every other clean play night.

I also forgot to add to clean out the dustpan. Most of the things I put are detail stuff. Also if your store has any kind of carpet, sweep it. Then vacuum. Then sweep again. The dust that comes off that thing never ends

I’ve only missed one clean play since November of 2018 and our store does it every week. I pride myself on keeping the store absolutely spotless. I scrub the lobby (every inch of that floor gets covered in suds and the gets the shit scrubbed out of it) and then I go over it with a dry mop. Some things you may not think of:
-clean the baseboards in the lobby and behind the bar
-use a grout brush to scrub at the metal where the door entrance is (idk what’s it’s called, the bottom part of the door or threshold)
-just take a wet/damp rag with restroom cleaner and wipe the table legs and chair legs down
-also do the same with the snack stand
-the book says to dust but how much effort? I go into the bathrooms and wipe the dust off the walls. It makes a huge difference.
-the metal base on the bathroom door, the metal bag table, the toilet paper holder and the seat cover thing is always covered in fingerprints and smears. Just give it a good wipe down.
-also check the hinges of the oven doors, the bathroom doors, and entrance to lobby door. Just wipe them down.
-magic eraser to get rid of brown in BOH sink or any metal sink, as well as the brown or cloudy stuff on blenders, tea shakers, etc.
-the rinse sink has the black stand that rinses stuff. Un-suction it and take off all the built up grime.
-febreeze air or spray Lysol gets rid of the bathroom smell that lingers in the hallway. And just smell in the bathroom in general.
-the walls in the bathroom underneath the air dryer and sink are consistently brown and just need a wipe down.
-take spray Lysol and spray the bathroom door handles, sink faucets and toilet flush thing. Prolly has bunch of nasty bacteria.
Happy cleaning!
