How do I initiate a tasting? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’ve been wanting to do a tasting for the longest time (create some food at home and make a drink at work to pair with it) for my coworkers, but I have no idea how to go about it. For any baristas who have done tastings at their jobs, how did you go about it? And what sorts of foods and bevs went over really well? Thanks in advance!
